We are currently seeking a Lawncare Estimator to join our team and play a vital role in our company’s growth and success.

Position Overview:
The Lawncare Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of lawncare services for potential and existing clients. They will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all estimates align with company pricing and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lawncare and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments of lawncare needs for potential and existing clients
- Utilize company pricing guidelines to accurately estimate the cost of lawncare services
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all estimates and proposals
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient implementation of services
- Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lawncare practices

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in lawncare or landscaping industry
- Strong knowledge of lawncare techniques, equipment, and materials
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software for estimating and record keeping
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:
The Lawncare Estimator will primarily work outdoors, visiting various properties to conduct assessments. They may also work in an office setting to prepare estimates and proposals. This is a full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required during peak season. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and stooping for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
