Key Responsibilities :

As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading our legal team while engaging with clients to provide exceptional legal services. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their estate and business planning needs and goals, meeting 142 billable hour requirements a month.
• Provide expert legal advice and develop customized strategies to meet clients' objectives.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and transactions, ensuring their best interests are protected.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service.

Work Conditions :

Live near our Clovis office to travel to and from Clovis and Madera, this is not remote and you will need to plan to come in. Eventually we can work towards hybrid a few times a week.
