SUMMARY:
This position performs thorough cleaning of our RV Dealership as well as the interior and exterior of the RV’s
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Thorough cleaning of common areas and bathrooms inside the dealership
Removing trash from inside the dealership
Cleaning the interior of recreational vehicles
Cleaning carpets
Washing windows
Dusting furniture
Wiping and sanitizing kitchen counters and appliances
Wiping and sanitizing bathroom surfaces
Cleaning the exterior of units and outside compartments
Buffing and waxing exterior of units
Performing any other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor
Wash and detail coaches prior to delivery to the customer.
Put protective plastic on floor and seats as needed.
Attend all company required meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Availability to work in excess of 40 hours a week including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, and work thoroughly and quickly under pressure.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Valid driver’s license required; must meet insurance guidelines for driving company vehicles.
Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push, and pull
Must be able to stand / walk for at least 8 hours a day
This is a physically demanding position; may be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Must be willing to work outdoors all day long in extreme climate conditions at times.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
