Front of House Team Member

We are currently seeking a part time employee for FOH for Tuesday-Friday shifts. There is flexibility to add additional shifts, but this weekly availability is required. Shift times range from 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, and 11am-6pm. No late nights!
An ideal candidate:
-has 2 years restaurant experience, but we are willing to train the right person who wants to learn.
-has a passion for food and hospitality.
-is curious and eager to learn about food, beverage, and beyond.
-communicates kindly, efficiently, and with respect.
-thrives in a fast paced restaurant/hospitality/food service environment.
-works well as part of a team, and knows when to ask for help.
-is able to problem solve and be adaptable.
-can take ownership of mistakes, learn from them, and move forward beyond them.
-can meet physical demands of position including pulling, pushing, carrying and lifting up to 50lbs, and standing for extended periods of time.

-Base pay of $17/hour (based on experience) plus tips. Tips generally equate an additional $6-12/hr. LB Kitchen is a fully pooled house where all hourly employees participate equally in the tip pool.
