We would like to welcome an Electronic Services Representative I responsible for providing excellent service and support to Members, team members, and financial partners through professional, efficient, accurate, and knowledgeable service delivery; while also processing back office operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITES
A high-level overview of Electronic Services’ primary job functions include, but not limited to nor includes all of the ancillary duties associated with such, the following:
- Credit/Debit/ATM card servicing including review and processing of fraud and compromised card alerts.
- PIN based disputes, adjustments, chargebacks and fraud claims, reconciliation and GL posting.
- Credit/Debit signature disputes, chargebacks, arbitration and fraud claims, reconciliation and GL posting.
- ATM management and Shared branch adjustments, research, and reconciliation
- ACH transaction review, balancing, research, and fraud claims.
- Direct Deposit; payroll deductions and distributions.
- Online Banking and Bill Payment support.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Entry level with up to two (2) years of related experience preferred within a financial institution.
- Ability to ten-key, use a PC, and basic Microsoft Office application skills such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Members, team members, partners, peers, and management. Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses strong service delivery, analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Possesses the skill set to achieve the Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities.

PAY RANGE
In accordance with California's Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$19.50 - $22.82
Actual pay will be determined based on a candidate's specific qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, educacation and experience, internal equity consideration, as well as other job-related factors permitted by law.
