Role Overview
As a TCS Driver, youll play a critical role in helping our members get the care they need, safely and on time. This position involves transporting passengers to medical appointments and other destinations, ensuring they have the support they need for a smooth and safe journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport members to and from scheduled appointments
• Plan your daily routes using a tablet or mobile device to ensure timely arrivals
• Accurately complete driver logs and all necessary paperwork
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and mechanics for smooth operations
• Perform daily vehicle checks and communicate any mechanical issues
• Maintain professionalism, courteousness, and a positive attitude when interacting with members
• Assist members with mobility needs, including wheelchair transport

Requirements

• Valid Indiana Drivers License with a clean driving record (no DUIs, OWIs, or negative results)
• Experience in non-emergency medical transportation or similar driving roles
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Reliable access to a cell phone and basic knowledge of technology
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Willingness to travel daily and work in varying weather conditions

Available Shifts

• 6 AM - 4 PM, Tuesday - Saturday
• 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
• 11 AM - 8 PM (10-hour shift, 1 hour lunch/break)
