General Job Description :
Candidate will support Human Resources team with primary focus on supporting Human Resources Manager with daily and annual tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Candidate will support HR Manager with Benefits Administration, including 401k, ESOP, and Health Insurance. The candidate will also assist in year-end tasks, and will draft Minutes for annual meetings. On a bi-weekly basis will help audit payroll documentation.
Notary Public a plus.
Candidate will assist in updating and creating various Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, and other general office duties as needed
Qualifications :
Preferred Experience : 2-5 years administrative support in a company with at least 50 employees. Knowledge in Human Resources support is a plus.
Other : Candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and follow up with pending tasks, has basic understanding of employee onboarding and termination procedures and is familiar with Health Insurance, 401k and ESOPs.
Competencies :
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
Knowledge of ADP Payroll is a plus.
