Job Description
We are seeking a Estimator to join our team! You will be responsible for the estimating of doors, frames and hardware within the commercial construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Review plans and specifications
- Prepare Estimates
- Prepare project submittals for architect approval
- Analyzes cost estimates for doors, frames and hardware
- Responsible for procuring material from vendors
- Will report and work with the Director of Estimating
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
