LRE has an ambitious goal of 10GW of operating assets by 2028 and are developing and contracting an increasing pipeline of new projects every year. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology-related projects within our organization. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budgets.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- Develop detailed project plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, systems engineers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as needed to address any issues or changes in scope.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during project execution.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and gather insights for future projects.
- 5 Years work experience in managing IT projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of software development processes and IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar project management certification is a plus.
