Left Coast Logistics, LLC. is an established and growing Third Party Logistics Provider based in Lake Oswego, OR. Left Coast prides itself on a high standard of customer service in a wide variety of industries. We are currently seeking an experienced, professional and dynamic individual to join our team as an accounting assistant / billing clerk in a face-pace environment.
Office hours are 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Accounts Payable Entry
Accounts Receivable Entry
Accounting Email Box Management
Rate Verifications via phone and email
Payment Status via phone and email
Paperwork Matching
Mail receipt / Sort
Requirements/Education:
High School Degree or Equivalent
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and Quickbooks
3 years’ experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
