Administrative Assistant
Left Coast Logistics, located in Lake Oswego close to Lake Grove/I-5, is searching for a superstar admin that we can train to be our Administrative Assistant in a very fast paced environment for our busy season and beyond. This position does data entry into QuickBooks after researching Carriers (trucking companies) on several websites, cross-checking information, and making sure all documents are complete received complete and keeping carriers up to date and compliant.
We are a freight broker and need someone with attention to detail who can help us detect possible fraud and double-brokering situations quickly. This is a fast-paced environment. The right person will be trained in every aspect of this job and be willing to cross train.

· QuickBooks Enterprise (can train, but experience welcome)
· Internet Searches (using several industry specific databases)

3 month probationary period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
