Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive / Personal Assistant to support a Partner / Client Advisor of our firm. This role requires a proactive professional who can seamlessly manage executive and personal tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and screening calls and emails to ensure efficient communication. Additionally, the Executive / Personal Assistant will collaborate with Client Team, handle administrative responsibilities, and contribute to various firm initiatives and special projects, The ideal candidate is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of others. Comfort with technology, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in both verbal and written communication are essential for success in this role.
Postion Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars and schedule all meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate travel plans and itineraries.
- Screen and manage mail and email communications.
- Track and reconcile expenses.
- Provide support to the Client Team as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks, including bill payments, benefit claims and travel arrangement.
- Oversee workflow management and provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
