Legacy Healthcare is Hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Near Chicago, IL

We are currently searching for an Administrator to join our growing and supportive team! As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility and your contributions will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
  • Plan and coordinate health services
  • Work collaboratively with the Medical Director to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • Have overall accountability of facility operations
  • Provide leadership to entire team including front line and management staff

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA).
