A fast-paced property management office is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and positive Office Administrator. We specialize in the management of HOAs and condominiums, requiring an individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally
- Maintain and update records, reports, and financial documents
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and office operations
- Ensure a high level of organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
✅ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
✅ Prior administrative experience in an office setting (HOA/Condo management experience is a plus!)
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
