Experienced Property Management Company is looking for a full time dedicated Leasing Professional for a large apartment community in Green Bay. If you enjoy exceeding expectations and working with a proven team this is the opportunity for you!
Leasing Professional will have a commitment to excellence, exceed expectations and work as part of a dynamic and successful team to achieve community goals.
Will be responsible primarily for answering the phones, assisting with questions from prospective residents, scheduling appointments, showing apartments, processing applications as well as other duties.
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Leasing/sales skills strongly preferred
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
- Reliable, task orientated and able to work in a fast paced environment
