We are seeking a dedicated Solar Energy Consultant to join our team and assist both homeowners and businesses in harnessing the power of solar energy. As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will design personalized solar solutions, leverage available government incentives, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the transition to clean, renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use a variety of creative strategies such as door knocking, networking, events, referrals, and cold calling to generate at least 10 new leads each week. Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to continuously improve lead-generation efforts.
- Customer Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to new leads and follow up with potential customers who have received proposals.
- Design and propose five customized solar solutions per week based on clients' energy needs and goals.
- Prepare closing documents for at least one customer each week, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to installation.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.

- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Experience conducting outside sales and door-to-door marketing.

- Leadership experience in a sales environment is a plus.
Compensation:
- This is a W2 position, with a performance-based compensation structure.
- Potential earnings: $69,120 in the first two months and $207,360 within six months.
