Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and interact with customers in a retail setting to spark conversations and generate interest.
- Lead Generation: Collect and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Product Promotion: Share information about client products, services, and promotions to encourage customer interest.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of leads and support overall team success.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads generated and meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals.
- Retail Presence: Represent the brand professionally, maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging retail space.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently drive results to achieve uncapped earning potential and bonuses.
