Legacy Wealth Alliance is seeking to hire an experienced, highly skilled organized, detail oriented and innovative Client Services Specialist for their firm in Tempe Arizona. The Client Services Specialist supports the creation, execution, and monitoring of clients’ financial strategy through direct client interaction, paperwork processing, servicing, and behind the scenes coordination with other team members to deliver a premium client service. This position requires knowledge of the core tenets of financial planning, experience in a planning support role and the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients at a high-level. The Client Services Specialist demonstrates grace under pressure, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a heavy workload with a smile.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Series 6 or 7 license preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- State life license preferred.
- Notary would be a plus
- Highly capable using industry related software (Redtail, Albridge, Morningstar, Envestnet, NeX360)
- Expert computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel; Access experience a huge plus.
- Solid math and analytical skills
- Measurable problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Unimpeachable ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Effective follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines without prompting.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Energetic, eager to learn, willing to cooperate.
- Self-motivated with ability to work well independently and under direction.
- Experience with broker/dealer and/or SEC exams, a plus!
- Must be able to pass a background check
