PAY RATE: $12.66 per hour
SCHEDULE: Part Time: 3:00 pm - 6:45 pm weekdays and varied schedule on Saturday morning (to be discussed during the interview).

JOB SUMMARY |
Use basic gymnastic form, flexibility and conditioning skills to teach girls: age 5 to adolescent gymnastics.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS |
- Personal gymnastic experience with a strong knowledge of girls' gymnastics is preferred.
- Great customer service skills.
- Friendly personality and demeanor.
- Ability to work well with all types of youth.
- Physically strong to safely spot adolescent youth in gymnastics
- Able to help move heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety procedures.
- Perform warm-up routines.
- Create and implement lesson plan.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to students.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and behavior.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter with enthusiasm for teaching girls through motivation and role modeling.
