• Proven track record of success in sales
• The ability to work deals from A to Z
• Ability to train, motivate and retain a successful sales team
• Manage used car inventory and develop strategies to increase unit sales
• Must have solid supervisory skills
• Ability to work with other departments efficiently
• Verifiable track records of excellence and team building

• Experience:
• To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
• Proven Automotive sales record.
• Experience in Management: 2 years (Required)
