1 | SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Assist the Community Association Manager, to ensure the community is up to the standards established in the associations governing documents

2 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and welcome all residents and guest to the community by providing excellent customer service.
• File all paperwork in appropriate places in a timely manner.
• Assist the office staff with phones and fill in as needed.
• Receive and upload ARC applications.
• Attend ARC meetings.
• Attend Board meetings.
• Maintain a flexible schedule.
• Any additional duties assigned by the assigned Board of Director or management.
• Opening Service Requests for Maintenance Staff.
• Assist with Annual Audit and financial research.
• Researching documents & files for owners, committees, and directors.
• Special projects.
• Assist with all official notifications sent to owners.

Requirements

4 | Job Requirements

• Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License
• Maintain a CAM License

5 | ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Association Manager.

6 | SKILLS:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, among others
• Caliber
• Excellent in the English language
