Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, develop, and present project information to the sales team, customers, architects, developers, field team, and other project members. Keep all parties informed and keep the project on schedule, on budget and in scope
- Monitor and control several projects throughout various stages of work in coordination with sales team
- Obtain and review preliminary surveys, develop specific sign locations, conduct technical surveys, customer approvals, job site permits, and finalize recommendations for signs
- Seek bids from sub-contractors to fit gross margin, budget requirements and customer specifications.
- Review and track record changes in the appropriate database
- Finalize drawings, product specifications, and work with accounting to set billing procedures and practices
- Participate in job handoffs from sales and close out meetings
- Secures necessary city permits in person or by mail
- Attending local municipality meetings as necessary
- Review and interpret site surveys and code checks
- Works to resolve deficiencies in timetables, labor inspections, billings and customer services inquires
- Keep in contact with customers throughout the entirety of the project
- Other duties assigned by manager
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years project management in the Sign industry
- Excellent customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stay organized and keep to a schedule
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain
- Customer relations experience
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Understands general math concepts
- Strong computer skills for MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Maintain an active driver's license
- Willingness to learn Construction/Signs Project Management
- Willingness to pursue self-improvement opportunities

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Project, Construction or Business Management
- PMP certification
- 5 years of sign industry experience
- Ability to work with MS Access and MS Project
- Experience in handling multiple projects at once
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
Physical demands within this position include but are not limited to: frequent standing, sitting, walking, listening, talking, using the telephone, focusing, and climbing different types of ladders and stairs, using depth perception, working in different weather conditions and using office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds when needed and the use of hands to handle or touch objects/controls. Local travel to various worksites is required at least 30%. Long periods of time spent on the computer, typing, using the telephone, stooping, bending, reaching above shoulders, and walking on uneven surfaces at job sites may be required. The position requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use such as safety glasses, vest, hard hat, ear plugs, and safety shoes when needed.
