Tasks :
The operators ensure the smooth running of operations at all stations of his machine. They are able to read and understand documents related to production. They enter production data into the computer system, print labels and coordinate activities in their workspace. They closely monitor their equipment, make the necessary adjustments and perform repeated quality control. They understand the functions of their entire machine and solve minor problems. They are also responsible for the safe movement of products during receipt, shipping and production. As part of their duties, operators assemble pallets and can contribute to the neat appearance of ready-to-ship products. The operators report important production information to their supervisor and communicate with the responsible persons in the event of major breakdowns. They inspect the first pieces with each new recipe. They work closely with the team and ensure that health and safety rules are respected at all times.
Skills :
The operators like to work standing up and are able to lift medium loads on certain occasions. They work with method, calm and efficiency. Preferably, the operators have received recognized training in the last three years for all classes of forklift trucks. They have at least one year of experience in forklift operation and have already worked for at least three years in a similar position. The operators can demonstrate reading and numeracy skills. They understand the importance of working safely and they have boots with steel caps.
