Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication with staff.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Lead performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Supervise HR staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure talent continuity within the organization.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve processes.
- Design and implement training development programs that meet organizational needs.
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and performance management practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
- Experience in succession planning and benefits administration is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies.
- Proficient data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
