We provide counsel to clients across a diverse range of industry sectors. QualificationsJob Requirements:The ideal candidates will have transactional and general corporate law experience, preferably in mergers & acquisitions, securities, and/or life sciences transactions.Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong communication, organization, research, writing, and analytical skills, high motivation, and the desire to work as part of a client service team.
