Job Summary and Qualifications

1. *Maintain professional and confidential atmosphere of Employee Health Office.

2. *Assess, treat, and provide appropriate follow-up to employees with injuries, illnesses, and/or exposures, both work related and non-work related.

3. *Act as a liaison between employee, workers’ compensation insurance adjustor, and employee’s supervisor.

4. *Complete health assessments on new-hire employees.

5. *Administer and educate employees regarding vaccinations

6. *Educate and perform Respirator Fit Testing to employees that are required.

7. *Educate and perform Drug testing to employees when indicated.

8. *Maintain Employee Health files in an organized manner.

9. *Ability to enter and retrieve data using computer.

10. Familiar with Virginia Workers’ Compensation Law, CDC and OSHA guidelines and regulations pertaining to Employee Health.

\nWhat qualifications you will need:

• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
