Nurse Manager – SICU/CVICU
Full-Time | Day Shift

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelors of Science in Nursing
· 3 Years of Experience as an RN (At least 2 Years Should be in a Leadership Position/Capacity).
· SC RN License; National Nursing Certification in Specialty at Time of Hire (or must be required within 6 months of Hire/Promotion); Maintains Current CPR Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversees nursing unit operations, develops staff through growth opportunities, and ensures effective performance through feedback, accountability, and engagement strategies.
· Monitors and improves patient and employee satisfaction by reviewing feedback, implementing actions plans, and advocating for patient needs.
· Manages human, financial, and material resources efficiently, ensuring fiscal responsibility and technology planning to meet unit goals.
· Ensures compliance with standards, drives continuous improvement in care practices, and fosters effective communication within the team and with patients.
