What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at LHH?
LHH has the pleasure of assisting a national litigation law firm in its search for a Litigation Attorney to join its Jersey City office! A successful candidate will have 4 years of general litigation experience to include drafting pleadings/motions, propounding/responding to discovery, conducting/defending depositions and appearing at court hearings, conferences and oral arguments.
