The Programmer will be responsible for the development and / or maintenance of reports and templates using Crystal Reports , SQL Scripting, SSRS Reporting, and visual studios. The IT Department supports all departments in meeting their Member & Provider communication needs, as well as developing processes through technology to streamline or meet compliance needs.

Education / Experience

4 Year / Bachelors Degree-in Information Technology or related field2 years' related experience using Crystal reporting and templatesSpecific Skills / Knowledge

Advanced experience using Crystal Reports (2013 or higher); ability to create letters and templates

Ability to use Forms and Formatting in Crystal Reports to create provider directories

Strong attention to detail to perform tasks accurately and meticulouslyAble to work both as a team and on their ownExperience in the Healthcare industry (preferably dental) a plusMicrosoft Reporting (SQL 2019 or higher)Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate or advanced knowledge of Access and Excel)

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Liberty, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
