What You’ll Do
- Champion Company Culture: Lead initiatives that reflect and amplify our core values, fostering a strong sense of purpose and belonging across the organization.
- Oversee People Operations: Manage HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Enhance Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to improve morale, collaboration, and retention while promoting a positive workplace experience.
- Facilitate Growth and Development: Partner with leadership to create training and development programs that support career growth and skill enhancement.
