We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW) for full-time positions in Paragould, AR.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed
• Must be willing to work with children and adolescents in a school-based environment
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Evaluate the mental needs of clients based on review of client information
• Modifies treatment activities and approaches as needed to comply with changes in client status
• Refers patients, clients, or family members to community resources or specialists, as necessary; Provides case consultation and in-service training, as needed
• Plans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problems
• Delegates and oversees work assignments of MHPPs, as assigned. Provides direct supervision of MHPPs at least weekly or more often as needed; also observes and evaluates the performance of MHPPs at least monthly, as assigned
• Must conduct face-to-face contact with each assigned MHPP for clinical supervision at least every 14 days and 12 contacts every 90 days
• Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care
