Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure it is welcoming for clients and guests.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using office equipment and phone systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.

Compensation is based on years of experience in related fields and scheduling flexibility.
