Executive Liasion
The role is to support the daily operations of the Financial Advisor and team. The liaison is expected to consult and coordinate with the advisor on all aspects of their activities and responsibilities while being apart of growing the team and business.
Critical factors of success in this role include:
· The liaison is extremely trustworthy as they will handle confidential information
· Must contain A “can-do” mindset
· The liaison must have a genuine passion for helping people and being apart of growing something big
· The liaison maintains a high level of professionalism and makes building solid business relationships a priority
Major Responsibilities:
· Manage and protect the Advisor’s calendar
· Draft email correspondences
· Hold Advisor accountable to their schedule
· Manage Policy Owner service requests
· Manage Customer Relationship Management platform
· Prepare for client meetings, including creating illustrations, presentations and taking notes
· Manage Advisor and team pipelines
· Create marketing campaigns
Insurance New Business:
· Assist Advisor with new client applications
· Maintain Advisor and team files and records securely
· Follow up on outstanding requirements
· Plan networking and client events
· Review and execute on branding strategy for the organization
· Run point on all things social media including working with the team to gather ideas, content, and engage with potential prospects

Education/Experience:
· College or business school degree preferred
· Insurance industry experience a plus
· Industry licensing a plus
· 2 years of professional experience in a role wearing multiple hats
Knowledge, Professional Skills & Abilities:
· Professional presence and ability to interact with high profile clients and executives
· Ability to multi-task and keep good time management in a fast-paced environment
· Tact, good judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· General computer skills – Microsoft Business Suite
· Exemplary organizational skills, including planning, and prioritizing
