Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll:
- Lead the sales team with a focus on achieving department goals and profitability.
- Set a clear vision for sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic.
- Manage vehicle appraisals and negotiations, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans to address any shortfalls.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in dealership operations and at least 1 year in sales management or auto finance.
- Passion for Sales: Proven track record in delivering results and driving team success.

- Ability to commute or relocate to Lubbock, TX, prior to starting.
