Significant Responsibilities:
- Payroll, small business accounting, payroll taxes, sales taxes, bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries and fixed asset management
- Proactively interact with clients to collect information necessary to prepare tax returns and monthly accounting
- May be asked to accurately prepare individual and small business tax returns for our clients.
Education/Experience:
- Knowledge of federal income rules, and regulations
- Knowledge of preparing individual and business tax returns
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs
- Experience with QuickBooks desktop and online
