What you’ll be doing:
- Document management for plans sets
- Assisting estimators with Request for Quotes (RFQs) from Vendors
- Plan review
- Specification review
- Quantity takeoff
- Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or other related construction business degree
- Associates Degree; or a minimum of 2 years of previous administrative experience
- Field or Office experience in Electrical Contracting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Teams
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations
- Ability to provide keen attention to detail
