This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center.
Job Responsibilities
- Log all incoming calls
- Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary
- Follow up on delivery of requested items
- Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
- After-hours dispatching when scheduled
- Hours will be 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
- Heavy Lift required to do shipping and receiving
- Cleaning of medical equipment along with other warehouse duties
- Dispatch orders to driver and respiratory therapist
Salary : $19 - $20
