Lindstrom Restoration is hiring Lead Restoration Technicians!
Our company and crew have been restoring homes for 70 years. We are based in Plymouth, MN and all our work is within 35 miles of here. We get a TON of variety and we're constantly solving interesting challenges.
We're searching for career focused Lead Technicians to join our Service Team! Our Lead Technicians are called Site Supervisors. Our Site Supervisors play a key role in the fulfillment of the promises we make to our clients. They are responsible for daily / weekly project leadership for our team, clients and vendors. They plan, perform and supervise all onsite Service work.
What we do:
We respond to emergencies during and after business hours. 24/7 365 days a year. We work Mon-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. Typically each day doesn't wrap up till 4:00-4:30pm. Each Service Site Supervisors is assigned a company van. We have an on-call rotation where you are assigned to an on-call team for after hours emergencies 1 week of every month.

What We Don't Do:
- Bulk Sewer Removal and Decontamination Emergencies.
- Biohazard / Trauma / Crime Scene Work Emergencies.
- Any long distance or out of town work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour

- Water damage restoration: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
