Maintenance Tech is responsible for work execution, daily maintenance tasks, including but not limited to basic plumbing, electrical, house cleaning, and landscaping.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preform basic walk around inspection of power equipment used in the maintenance of the property, and report as needed repairs.
• Complete work orders as they are assigned.
• Keep Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Lead informed at statis of large work orders.
• Mowing and trimming.
• Power washing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have some mechanical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree required: NO
• Own basic tools
• Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

PREFERRED:

• Basic Computer Skills.
• Able to pass Government Background check.
