Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive keys, fobs, and related products.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle models.
• Offer key cutting and programming services with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Promote special offers and provide information on the latest products and services.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales area to enhance the customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and insurance-related payments.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, especially in automotive or tech-related fields.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
• Ability to quickly learn about automotive keys, fobs, and related products.
• Basic knowledge of automotive technology is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
