JOB DESCRIPTION
The Electrical Lead will oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion. This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and occasionally assist with project estimating to support business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the execution of large-scale electrical construction projects.
- Supervise and guide technical teams to ensure project success.
- Assess and develop innovative electrical construction methods and procedures.
- Monitor project progress to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
- Act as a key communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for customer bids and provide budgeting for design-build electrical construction projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
· High School diploma required
· Certified through an Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in electrical contracting.
· Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Skills:
- Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Effective leadership qualities with a cooperative approach.
- Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Practical experience with AutoCAD, Trimble, RS Means or estimating software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Experience working with customers in electrical or industrial construction.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent customer relations skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Team-oriented, but capable of working independently and taking direction.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while staying organized.
Attributes:
- Self-starter with the ability to make quick decisions.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a challenging environment.
Other Requirements:
Must confidently complete background and drug screening processes.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
