Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for multiple facets of marketing, from content creation and campaign execution to brand positioning and analytics. We need a self-starter who can take initiative, collaborate across teams, and drive marketing efforts that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Manage content creation, rebuild our website, implement an email marketing campaign, and design and publish marketing / product collateral.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to create compelling messaging and positioning for our solutions.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in energy, tech, or related industries.
• Excellent content creation skills (writing, design oversight).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
