Your Role as Sales Manager : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales goals. Implement strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Drive team performance through effective training, development, coaching, and cheer-leading. Collaborate with leadership to create marketing and sales strategies that boost revenue. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes. Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring seamless processes and high energy. Direct, individual sales when needed. What We’re Looking For : Proven success in sales management, ideally within auto, marine, motorcycles, power sports, or RVs.
