Little Tigers Learning Center is family owned child care center located in Adel, IA serving children 6 weeks through school age.
We are seeking to hire a director based on experience and qualifications.
Position Requirements:
- Hire and develop educators
- Parent partnership
- Create and maintain a profitable business (managing resources, enrollment, and teacher retention)
- Build positive relationships & communicate frequently with teachers, children and families, community members, licensing officials, etc.
- Maintain all Iowa licensing requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors or Associates degree Pass all state and federal background checks
- Possess or be able to obtain all necessary compliance training within 90 days
