Little Tree Education is seeking an experienced Head Teacher for their Toddler Program.
Little Tree Education is a Montessori preschool welcoming children 6 weeks old through 6 years old. If you are looking to inspire children and be part of a dedicated strong team of teachers this position is for you!
The Head Teacher is responsible for:
Classroom management, overseeing the day to day operations of their classroom.
Creating a classroom that leads with grace and courtesy.
Parent communication and daily tracking of caregiving.
Planning, preparing and implementing daily activities.
Maintain developmental profiles for each child through Transparent Classroom.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, a passion for teaching young children and the ability to create and maintain impactful relationships with, children, families and coworkers.
Job Requirements:
2 Years working as a Lead Teacher or 5 years working as an Associate Teacher
Lead Teacher Qualified per the State of NH
CPR / First Aid Certified
Ability to pass a standard prescreening drug test
Eligibility Card issued by the State of NH
