Position Summary: The Treasury Manager will work and manage Global Cash and Liquidity, FX Exposures/Hedges and Intercompany transactions. The individual will need to be flexible and eager to learn while supporting the company domestic and internationally with Cash Management, Debt Management, FX Risk Management and Intercompany Loans/Payables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Global Cash Management – manage bank account balances for all countries daily/weekly, Bank Portals, Cash conversion and others
- Short-term Liquidity Management
- Intercompany Receivables, Payables and Loans
- Manage Currency Risk Management program, including derivatives trading and US GAAP accounting
- Corporate Credit Card program
- Treasury System assessment and potential implementation
- Work on Treasury Reports, including covenant compliance
- Work on special projects together with Assistant Treasurer
- This position will have one direct report - Sr Treasury analyst
· Other job duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required. MBA is a plus.
· A minimum of 10 years of experience with the following is desirable:
- Understanding of cash management environment, with ability to supervises operations
- Cash Pooling Structure
· Ability to demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude with internal and external partners.
· Familiarity with SAP, Excel, FXall and Bank Portals. Treasury System is a plus.
· Fluent English, with additional languages such as Spanish or Chinese a plus.
· Adaptable and flexible, open to change in response to new information, able to manage multiple subjects in Parallel.
