The Lead Teacher is responsible for the care and education of a group of children in partnership with an Assistant Teacher. Together, both Teachers create and implement lesson plans and manage the students as they learn, eat, sleep, and play. Teachers are responsible for keeping their classroom organized and clean, using technology to communicate with parents as well as providing excellent communication in person and in writing, and creating a healthy and safe environment for all students and staff. All our teachers and staff are held to high standards regarding communication, curriculum, professionalism, and safety.
LEAD TEACHER Requirements:
- Lead Teachers must a CDA or ECE certificate, associates/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field, or equivalent coursework. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
