Summary
The Warehouse Lead reports to the LOGISTEED America, Inc. Warehouse Supervisor. This position requires excellent leadership skills along with the ability to monitor workflow, provide focus on inventory control and customer service. Additionally, - including but not limited to :
- Must be able to communicate and interact with Company Management Team and Customers in a productive and professional manner
- Assist supervisor in leading daily operations team resulting in successful results that are reflected in established key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain inventory accuracy by established target inventory discrepancy ratio
- Read and comprehend SOP’s, work instructions, email and documents; measure and count accurately; write legibly
- Follow established procedures and meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity standards

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Eighty-five percent of work time may be spent in various warehouse or other locations where the environment is not climate controlled (hot and cold seasonally).

Pay Range : $18.00 - $21.00 / hour
Salary : $18 - $21
