Pediatric Anesthesiologist Opportunity

The Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group seeks a fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiologist to serve at Riverside University Health System Medical Center (RUHS), a 439-bed acute tertiary-care facility and Level II pediatric trauma center featuring the only PICU in Riverside County.
Position Duties & Highlights
- Clinical duties include both pediatric and adult anesthesia
Pediatric case mix includes orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, urology, plastics, trauma, and non-operating room procedures and imaging studies
Comprehensive adult surgical case mix excluding cardiac and transplantCall schedule : 3 in-house nights and one 24-hour weekend / holiday per monthLead development of expanding pediatric anesthesia servicesProtected time for directorship responsibilities and academic pursuits
Interact with RUHS administration, surgical leadership, and medical staff leadershipDevelop and oversee creation of departmental guidelines and protocols applicable to pediatric anesthesiaCompensation & Benefits
