We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in general administrative support, data entry, or customer support. This role involves managing service ticket approvals, handling customer requests for contract copies, and providing general administrative support for the Director of Operations.
Location: Paoli, PA
Pay Rate: $19–$21/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and approve service tickets.
- Fulfill customer requests for contract copies and other documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as directed by the Director of Operations.
- Communicate effectively with managers and teams across departments.
- Manage online customer plan-sharing and approval programs.
- Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Meet or exceed established performance standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of general administrative support, data entry, or customer support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Industry Knowledge: Utilities or trades industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Personal Skills: Outgoing, personable, and confident in engaging with diverse teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and completeness in all work.
